Shipping and Handling
All orders are processed once payment validation is obtained. Flip-Tops.com ships via USPS, UPS, and Federal Express to US addresses only. Orders normally arrive within 7-14 business days.

We currently accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus ) via PayPal. PayPal is a trusted leader in online payments and helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Flip-Tops.com customers do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout.
Order Status
Flip-Tops.com orders normally arrive within 7-14 business days. To check on the status of your order you will need to log in with your username and password and click on the "My Account" link in the right hand corner of the website. Your recent orders will be shown in the "Overview" section and you may click in for details.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us within 30 days of your order date. We would be happy to exchange the product or provide you with a refund. If you are making an exchange no additional shipping charges will be made.
Prices, Limits and Taxes
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of California. California law requires sales tax be charged on the full amount of the order which includes shipping and handling.
